  • Open Google Docs and activate Gemini AI. 
  • Prompt: “Create a 2-page newsletter update for parents about term events.”
  • Then ask: “Rewrite this in a friendly, accessible tone suitable for Year 7 parents.”

Activity 2: Data Visualisation in Google Sheets 

  • Open Google Sheets and activate Gemini. 
  • Prompt: Analyse this attendance data, highlight key trends, and suggest an appropriate chart. 
  • Then ask: Create it and summarise insights for a school briefing.
