As a leader in school and a Digital Champion, you play a key role in shaping and supporting the development and implementation of a clear, purposeful digital strategy that ensures staff are informed, involved and feel valued.  Rather than experiencing digital initiatives as top-down changes, staff should see themselves as active contributors to a shared vision.
