Creating an Edtech Vision Statement

When we have created an exciting range of possibilities, we can now look at them through the reality lens.  Which ones will have most impact and can be put into place as part of our 2-to-3 year strategy? 

From these, we can shape our vision statement for each theme.

For our sample school this could look like this:

Activity

• Through the reality lens, consider what is possible in your context and select the ideas / post-its that you believe you can act on in the next two to three years.
• Use these ideas to create a vision statement for each core theme you have identified.
